The MOOI Reset - An Evening of Self-Care with AK Nurture

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a gentle evening designed to help you restore, relax, and reconnect.

The Mooi Reset is an intimate self-care experience hosted at Mooi Salon in Horsham, where creativity, sound, touch, and nourishment come together in a calm and nurturing space.

With only eight guests per evening, this small group gathering allows you to slow down, enjoy meaningful moments of relaxation, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed

What's included

• Guided meditation and sound healing to help you settle and unwind
• A mindful watercolour painting session (all materials provided)
• A nourishing grazing board and refreshing ginger ale on arrival
• A relaxing 5-minute head massage (upgrade to 15min for additional £10)

Experience Flow

6:00pm — Arrival

Enjoy a warm welcome with ginger ale and a grazing board as you settle into the space.

6:15pm — Opening Ritual

A gentle guided meditation accompanied by sound healing to calm the mind and body.

6:30pm — Mindful Watercolour Session

A relaxed creative session where you’ll explore simple watercolour painting in a peaceful and supportive setting.

7:00pm — Head Massage Rotations

Each guest will receive a soothing 5-minute head massage, with the option to enjoy a longer treatment if selected when booking.

7:45pm — Closing Reflection

A soft and grounding close to the evening.

This evening is ideal if you:

No previous experience with meditation or painting is needed — simply come as you are.
