Made with organic Peruvian ginger, raw cane sugar, and fresh lemon, each batch develops its own personality — fiery, lively, and deeply nourishing for the gut.

Orders are typically ready 7–10 days after ordering. However, if you're lucky, I have some in stock and you can collect or I can post much sooner than that.

What To Expect

How To Handle Your Ginger Ale
- Keep refrigerated at all times
- Always open cold, slowly, and away from face
- Best opened over a sink or outdoors
- Do not shake
- If sediment settles, gently tip once or twice before opening
Warm temperatures or rough handling may cause pressure to build.
